dang am sooo tired I've started passing out at class... so my parent's have finally agreed that I DO NOT need to be working if I'm passing out.
and I'm handing in my 2 week resignation asap..(thank god I'm kinda failing my classes too)
design work (tinkered with photoshop a bit too... because the scan was horrible >.<

so anyway I'm sending in my first completed submission to tokyopop today... (crosses fingers)
I've started writing my second and I'm gonna do a short fan comic (hopefully) for valentines day.
in other news I'm probably gonna pass out from stress sometime in the forseable future as my parents expect me to maintain a job, pay all of my expenses and go full time to school. (while trying my best to secure myself some sort of income before they kick me out next year.) not to mention I"m still ill.
I've been gaining ALOT of weight and I'm now really out of shape...(oh well) it's also because I can't afford to eat regularly with my school and work scedual so eat unhealthly.
c'est la vie.
(and my parent's really don't mean to be mean... that's just the way they were treated as they were growing up and they expect an artist degree to just boom! get you a job. they don't realize you have to look for one frantically with portfolios out the wazoo. they think all the frantic art I'm doing and sending to publishers and entering to contests is for "fun".)

so anyway I got a promotion!! I am so happy.... still tired but happy!

(only a dollar more an hour I know but I work 20 hours so that's 20 more dollars a week 80 dollars more a month!!!! woot!)
in other news my car is broken... so all of that money is going towards repairs I guess...
oh well forward one step back one...

I want more energy.... I want it bad.
if I had more energy i could
a) draw more
B) take that promotion I was offered at work (if I agreed to work more hours)
c) make better grades
d) redo my room to MY tastes.
e)not be in pain all the time.
instead I'm sleeping upwards of 12 hours or more a day and lethargic for most of that....(also joint pain and sore throats.)
it's driving me batty. doctors can't find anything wrong with me.
so I'm going to try an exercise regiment.... /health food.
got a taebo set....gonna try it the first three days before school... hope it works...(I really do)

the thing I hate hate HATE about rsom... is i always feel like some freak working in the dark for hours on end...

an idea I had for a plushie line..
(if I can ever get off my lazy bum.)
endangered furries.
basically furry dolls like panda's etc.

so anyway this was a story I pitched to tokyopop a while ago...
they weren't interested because they had a similar story (I think)
so maybe you will be intereseted in it.
the story is about a girl who is sent away from earth to escape a deadly disease that has overtaken the humans.
years later they realize that the little girl might have actually held the cure to the disease in her blood and they go looking for her.
but andrea has found friends among the leonans and doesn't really want to leave.
(I have a cool idea for the ending but don't want to post it here particularly)
I would like to continue on with this story if you're interested email me at daughterofmoonlight@yahoo.com

just watched a program on charles shultz... it was so so sweet..
so I sketched this on the computer...

yeah I know i only have one intrest in life... drawing... looking at other peoples drawings... drawing....
so I got to art class the other day and the teacher was like... here's a map we'll meet there in fifteen minutes for a field trip...
it took me an hour to find that place... I really REALLY need at least a day's notice ahead of time in order to find anywhere so I can post it in yahoo maps and actually find it...
so embarassed.
but once I actually got there I had a blast. there was some awesome art (and some I wondered... is this really art)
an overview
1: an art desplay that basically was sent to the gallery in a bag. in the bag was a large amount of rubberbands and some directions.
then the gallery had to take the rubberbands and place them themselves all over the wall.... (wow.)
2. bridezilla : I personaly LOVED this project. it's a wedding dress with red writing all over it... you go up and read the dress and it says alot of things like this: (I REALLY REALLY want to sleep with the best men because my future husband is not good in bed,, and after I'm married I won't get another chance.)
I laughted out loud.... I want that dress... if only for laugh factor (I don't think my future husband, whoever he is, would appreciate the dress that much =P)
